When do new products release?I do my best to release new products monthly or every other month!

Where is the Rook and Ribbon studio located?We are located near Boulder, Colorado and operate out of my home studio.

Where do you ship?We currently ship anywhere in the United States, but hope to expand to include international shipping within the next year. Please reach out through our contact page if you are outside of the US and wish to place an order.

Do you offer free shipping or delivery?We offer free shipping for orders over $200, and free local delivery in the Boulder/Longmont area for orders over $150. Otherwise, shipping is $8 and local delivery is $5.
